Fertility Prep is a physician-led, integrative approach designed to bridge the gap between standard care and specialized fertility treatment. We move beyond the “wait and see” approach, focusing on proactive preparation that supports your body’s readiness for conception and the journey that follows.
As a family physician with specialized fellowship training in obstetrics, I offer a whole-person approach that bridges the gap between traditional medicine and holistic wellness. Whether we are synthesizing months of previous lab work or building a fresh strategy together, my goal is to provide the expert, unhurried guidance you need to feel confident and empowered on your path to motherhood.

Monthly Check-ins: Two 30-minute visits to refine our strategy and adjust as your body responds
Direct Access: Secure business-hour messaging for questions regarding your cycle or results
Prescription Management: Includes management and coordination of fertility-related prescriptions as indicated

Essential Lab Bundle: Foundational metabolic, nutritional, and hormone screening
Wholesale Labwork: Any additional recommended labs are provided at wholesale prices
Pricing
3 Month Package | $1,200
As part of our founding cohort, this initial group will receive direct, high-touch care and coordination as we refine our integrative fertility protocols together. Space is limited to ensure dedicated physician time for each couple.
Extended Support
If additional time is needed beyond the initial 3 months, extensions are available at $800 per additional 3 months

Complete clinical management for partners is available through our regular DPC memberships
